By the editors · 2 min readThe opening is a brief flash of pink pepper and bergamot, peppery-bright and a little bitter, dispatched within minutes rather than lingering. The composition skips a heart almost entirely.
What takes over is dense and dark, oakmoss giving a shadowy, slightly damp earthiness while vetiver adds a cool grassy bite. Together they read as a chypre skeleton without the floral filling, drier than expected and faintly mineral.
Musk keeps everything close and skin-warm without softening the green-earth core. Overall the character is a stripped-down moss-and-vetiver study, minimalist and a little austere. It wears low, lasts steadily, and reads more atmosphere than statement on the body.
