By the editors · 2 min readPineapple and black currant land first, tart and bright, lifted by neroli and bergamot into something almost fizzy. The opening feels more edgy than tropical, with a sharpness that keeps the sweetness from going soft.
Birch and patchouli arrive together in the heart, grounding the fruit with an earthy, slightly smoky edge. Rose adds depth without reading as obviously floral — it blends into the wood rather than floating above it.
Ambergris and vanilla warm the dry-down considerably, pulling the whole composition toward something denser and more animalic. Musk keeps the skin connection alive. The overall effect is a fruity-woody that leans dark rather than fresh.
