Patchouli takes over assertively in the heart — earthy, slightly chocolate-leaning, with the dark-sweet character it inherits from the original Joop! Homme DNA. Amber and vanilla in the base wrap around the patchouli, sliding the composition into a warm-spicy gourmand-leaning territory while the musk fills in the seams.
Overall: a patchouli-amber-vanilla with a green-apple prelude, cooler-weather and evening territory. Strong projection, substantial longevity. The dry-down is dark, sweet, and distinctly patchouli-driven, persisting for hours as an unmistakable warm trail rather than fading politely.
