By the editors · 2 min readA suede-and-amber composition with a woody backbone. Sandalwood and vetiver carry the structure — sandalwood creamy and warm, vetiver dry and slightly smoky — while a suede note runs through them with a soft, slightly powdery animalic quality.
Amber sits underneath as a sweet resinous bed, holding everything to skin without pushing the composition into oriental territory. With only four stated ingredients, the scent reads as a sketch of a specific mood: tactile, well-worn, more interior than declarative. It suits cool weather and the kind of clothing that gets softer with age.
