Keiko Mecheri
Olfactory journeys of exoticism and emotion
Keiko Mecheri is a Paris-based niche perfume house founded in 2002 by the Algerian-French perfumer of the same name, who composes the entire catalogue herself from a small atelier without external commission work. The brand was one of the early waves of personal-vision niche operations that emerged alongside Frédéric Malle and L'Artisan in the mid-2000s. The catalogue runs across the Bespoke collection, Les Merveilles, and Les Légères, with named pieces like Loukhoum, Cuir Cordoba, and Bois et Fruits holding cult collector status. Compositions favour the dense oriental, gourmand, and woody-leather registers, often built on naturals at high concentration. Pricing sits in the upper niche range, distribution through specialty perfumery in Europe and a smaller US presence at retailers like Luckyscent and Beauty Habit.

Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
