By the editors · 2 min readPlum and peach open with a candied, slightly tart fruitiness that feels syrupy rather than fresh. Jasmine, ylang-ylang and rose layer on a plush yellow-floral heart, the ylang adding a creamy banana facet that softens the rose’s sharper edges. Sandalwood steers the base with a dry, milky wood that absorbs the lingering fruit sugars, while amber and vanilla create a soft caramel cushion that lasts close to skin. Mid-stage folds the flowers into the amber, turning the fragrance fuzzy and powdery rather than overtly sweet. Dry-down remains skin-tight, a muted peach-damask dusted with pale wood and a hint of talc. Projection stays within arm’s length; best suited to cool autumn days or an office where you want a quiet, fruity-amber presence rather than a statement.
