By the editors · 2 min readSaffron, black pepper, and bergamot open with a warm, slightly metallic brightness. The saffron is prominent from the start, lending a signature rich and faintly animalic quality before cardamom adds a softer aromatic spice layer.
Jasmine and orange blossom bring a restrained white-floral element in the heart, though the spice and resin quickly assert dominance. Labdanum, ambroxan, and castoreum in the base produce a deep, animalic amber that anchors the composition with real presence. Cedar adds dry structure, patchouli contributes earthiness, and vanilla provides a barely-there sweetness.
The overall effect is dark and resinous — an oriental with animal warmth rather than gourmand sweetness, wearing close but projecting confidently.
