By the editors · 2 min readOlivier Cresp opened the new millennium for Loewe with a unisex citrus-woody accord that remains a quiet classic. Yuzu and bergamot arrive first, backed by tangerine and the unusual palisander rosewood — a rich, darkly exotic wood that adds a textural weight few citrus-forward fragrances bother with. Tea and white pepper in the heart contribute an aromatic, slightly spiced mid-stage that lifts Agua de Loewe above the genre's lighter entries. The base settles into polished clarity: cedar, sandalwood, white musk, amber. This is the kind of fragrance that never tries to impress and consistently does — suited to every context from morning coffee to a long working afternoon.
