By the editors · 2 min readPink pepper snaps open with a bright, rosy sparkle that quickly folds into lavender’s cool, camphoraceous spine. The heart adds olibanum’s dry, lemon-tinged resin, sharpening the lavender while keeping the structure airy rather than plush. As the incense recedes, tonka bean pours in a warm, slightly hay-like coumarin sweetness that flattens the earlier lift and turns the skin matte. Amber arrives late, a clean labdanum glow that fuses with the tonka to create a soft, tobacco-hued skin scent that stays close and polite. Projection hovers at arm’s length for three hours, then collapses to a warm, faintly almond-like whisper. Office-friendly through fall and winter, it behaves like a laundered sweater rather than a statement coat.
