By the editors · 2 min readSaffron and pink pepper open with a warm, spicy, and slightly medicinal aroma, setting a rich and intense tone from the first spray. The heart quickly introduces a prominent rose, its floral sweetness tempered by the earthy, damp darkness of patchouli and the creamy smoothness of sandalwood, creating a deep and resinous core. This complex middle rests on a base where vetiver adds a dry, smoky green edge, amber provides a warm, balsamic glow, and tonka bean contributes a vanillic sweetness, all anchored by a clean white musk. The scent is bold and projecting initially, with a smoky-woody-rosy character that evolves over time as the spices recede and the base notes dominate. Longevity is excellent, lasting well over twelve hours, and sillage remains strong for the first three hours before becoming more moderate.
