Magnetic for Her
A three-note skeleton — red apple, lotus, sandalwood — and the spareness is intentional rather than incomplete.

Weighted by intensity across 6 accords.
Every perfume in Sillage is represented as a distribution across canonical accord slugs — a lingua franca for scent. Two fragrances with overlapping fingerprints are scent-twins, even if they share no literal note.

By the editors · 2 min readA three-note skeleton — red apple, lotus, sandalwood — and the spareness is intentional rather than incomplete. Mexx's Magnetic line was sold on a clean, minimal-arc concept, and this is what that concept produces.
The red apple opens crisp and slightly sweet but without the candy edge of fruity florals from the same era. Lotus carries the middle as a wet, soft, almost odourless flower; it does the work of softening the apple into something less sharp. Sandalwood is the only base material listed and it reads pale rather than creamy.
The whole arc is short and projection is intimate. A casual daytime scent, designed not to demand attention.
