By the editors · 2 min readAn aromatic fougère in the European 1990s mould, repackaged for a younger price tier. Lavender and basil over mandarin and pineapple — that pineapple is the giveaway, a sweet edge pulled from contemporary commercial men's perfumery.
The heart leans dark-green: fir and fern with geranium and a small jasmine for lift. It is recognizably a fougère structure even if the materials are a step down from what an Azzaro or a Drakkar would use.
The base settles into sandalwood, cedar, birch and oakmoss — a dry, slightly smoky woody finish. Built for office and casual wear, with the budget polish of a department-store mainstay.
