By the editors · 2 min readThe Alien DNA — white jasmine's mineral brightness, amber's warmth — gets swathed in suede. The opening reads as jasmine pressed close to a leather jacket, sweet-acrid and slightly animalic. As it settles, dried fruit and wood emerge beneath, softening the hide into something more wearable than austere. The base is Alien's familiar amber, now warmer and earthier, with the leather fused into rather than layered over the composition.
This is a collector's variation: the original stays recognizable but the leather wrapping shifts its social register from otherworldly to grounded. Best worn in cool weather when skin warmth drives the suede note forward.
