The patchouli remains, anchoring everything with its earthy pull, but it reads cleaner here, less incense-thick.
As it settles, the tropical fruit notes emerge more clearly—coconut mainly, smooth and creamy but not quite sunscreen-literal. The overall effect is Angel in vacation mode: recognizable but lighter, easier, something you might wear with linen rather than leather. It loses some of the original's baroque drama in exchange for wearability.
