A rose note and pomarose — a fresh synthetic rose-apple accord — occupy the heart, keeping the sweetness from collapsing on itself.
The base returns to classic Angel territory: whipped cream and vanilla over patchouli, but lighter and brighter than the original's dense gourmand. This is a fair-weather Angel, intended for warm skin in daylight rather than evening. The cerulean star bottle is the most apt description of the fragrance itself: recognizable architecture, paler substance.
