By the editors · 2 min readLife centers on sea salt — the dominant opening and heart note that defines the composition throughout. Violet leaf and sage add a green, herbal quality to the marine accord; the sage is slightly bitter and earthy, working with the salty character to create something dry rather than sweet.
Tonka bean in the base introduces a soft warmth that rounds the otherwise austere marine-herbal composition. The overall character is stripped-back and aquatic: salty sea air, a green herbal note, and a barely-there sweet base. Sparse and linear but committed to its concept. Most appropriate for warm, sunny contexts when a clean, outdoorsy aquatic is the aim.
