By the editors · 2 min readA sandalwood study with a warm, slightly animalic frame. Cumin in the opening flickers between skin and spice; saffron carries leathery red threads alongside it.
The heart brings iris and fig — iris cool and powdery, fig adding a milky-green sweetness. The combination softens what would otherwise be a sharp, edged top into something rounder, more wearable. Underneath, the sandalwood is the reason for the whole composition: creamy, slightly resinous, with that distinctive lactonic warmth.
Musk in the dry-down keeps it close to the body. Reads as quiet luxury — the kind of scent that rewards proximity and doesn't reach for crowds.
