By the editors · 2 min readBlack Pepper crackles at the top, its dry heat snapping open the scent before a dark, jammy Plum and the oily bitterness of roasted Coffee take over. Clove folds into the plum-coffee heart, amplifying the spiced-fruit intensity while a soft Suede undertone begins to stretch the texture like worn leather. Tonka Bean arrives early in the dry-down, pouring warm hay-vanilla through the woods and muting the pepper’s sparkle into a mellow skin-haze. Vetiver keeps the base vertical, its cool rootiness stopping the tonka from turning syrupy and letting Patchouli supply a chocolate-earth crumb that lingers close. Projection stays at arm’s length for six hours, then settles to a faint roasted-clove shadow that favors autumn nights, smart-casual bars or low-lit dates when a jacket collar will trap the suede.
