By the editors · 2 min readFame Parfum deepens the original's premise into something with more shadow. Pink pepper and bergamot open on a sharp, almost woody-citrus note before jasmine steps in — full and unapologetic, the kind of jasmine that announces itself across a room. Frankincense gives the heart a ceremonial underpinning, an ancient resinous warmth that patchouli extends into the base.
Benzoin and sandalwood round the drydown into something smooth and persistent: a warm skin scent with a lit edge. This wears best in the evening, when the frankincense can do its work without competing with daylight.
