By the editors · 2 min readCedro di Diamante is built around Calabrian citron — sharper and greener than lemon, with a real bitter-rind edge that dominates the first half hour. The opening is bracing: cardamom, bergamot, and a cool aromatic herb keep the citrus from flattening into kitchen-cleaner territory.
Through the heart the citron stays surprisingly long for a top note, helped by a quiet woody floral structure. The base is dry rather than ambered: cedar, a thin vetiver, soft musk. Best in heat and bright light, on warm skin where the citron has room to project. A genuine summer cologne, slightly more serious than the average.
