By the editors · 2 min readOpens on a single bergamot that fades quickly into a fruit-edged floral — raspberry and peach give the heart a sweetness that supports rather than overwhelms the jasmine and ylang-ylang. Rose de Mai is sharp and alive where heliotrope is softly almond-edged; lily of the valley and geranium add a cool, green contrast to the warmer notes around them. In the base, orris and violet leaf introduce a rooty quality that grounds the warmth of sandalwood, cashmere, and vanilla without heaviness. The arc runs from brightened fruit-floral down to something plush and faintly powdery.
