By the editors · 2 min readGrapefruit and bergamot offer a bright citrus opening, quickly tempered by saffron and cardamom's warm-spicy aromatic edge. Raspberry and strawberry introduce a juicy fruity heart, blended with rose and violet's powdery floralcy, while orange blossom adds a white-floral shimmer. The base is intensely woody with sandalwood, cedar, and guaiac wood, enriched by labdanum's amber resin and patchouli's earthy depth, alongside leather's rugged texture. Oakmoss and orris contribute a chypre-like mossy-powdery undertone, creating a complex, evolving structure. Projection is strong initially, settling to moderate sillage with exceptional longevity over twelve hours. Best for fall and winter formal occasions in cool conditions.
