By the editors · 2 min readMint and peppermint open with an almost startlingly cool intensity — the kind of opening that reads more spa than perfume. Cedar and papyrus in the heart cut against the mint with dry-woody structure, the papyrus adding a faintly papery, slightly smoky character.
Oakmoss, ambroxan, and patchouli build a chypre-amber closure — earthy and slightly sweet, the patchouli prominent. The composition's unusual coolness in the opening makes the warmer base register more striking. Suited to summer and fall, casual outdoor wear; refreshing without being trivial, structured without being overwrought.
