By the editors · 2 min readA spicy top of cinnamon, bergamot, and nutmeg opens warm and slightly biting, with the cinnamon doing the most work and the bergamot offering a brief citrus lift.
In the heart, heliotrope adds a powdery almond-vanilla quality while osmanthus lends an apricot-leather softness that bridges into the base smoothly.
The base is the centre of gravity: white musk, sandalwood, leather, ambergris, vanilla, and patchouli build a dense oriental floor with leather as the dominant note. There is a smoky-animalic shading that emerges as it dries, with the cinnamon still tingling on top. The overall character is plush and adult, suited to cool weather and evenings, with strong longevity and a steady, room-warming presence throughout.
