By the editors · 2 min readBergamot opens with a bright, slightly bitter sparkle that is quickly folded into a peach-jasmine jam. Jasmine dominates the heart, its indolic creaminess lifting the peach lactone while rose adds a clean, tea-like edge that keeps the fruit from turning syrupy. As the accord warms, benzoin and sandalwood generate a soft amber glow, patchouli supplies a dry cocoa facet, and cedar shaves off any excess sweetness. Musk hovers underneath, extending the fruit-floral accord into a skin-close haze that smells like residual peach lotion on sun-warmed wood. Projection is polite office territory; the scent lingers about an arm’s length for six hours before collapsing into a clean musk-wood whisper. Spring through early fall casual wear, especially in humid air where the peach can breathe.
