The heart is ambitious: five white florals including ylang-ylang, which adds a creamy tropical weight to the jasmine and rose and pulls the composition slightly richer than its citrus opening implies.
The drydown of sandalwood, amber, vanilla, patchouli, and musk is warm and well-balanced — giving the composition good staying power without becoming heavy. Una Instinct works across seasons but reads most naturally in the transition months: warm enough for evening, bright enough not to feel oppressive.
