By the editors · 2 min readFlagrant Délice is a fig milk — almond and actual milk establish a soft, creamy register in the opening before mandarin and bergamot add warmth rather than sharpness. Fig in the heart reads less as earthy fig-tree and more as fig pulp: sweet, slightly jammy, rounded. Red currant adds tartness that keeps the fragrance from becoming uniformly sweet.

Tonka, vanilla, and white musk in the base are clean and warm without demanding attention. The effect is a sophisticated gourmand — dessert-adjacent but with proper structure and the restraint of a niche house that knows exactly what it wants.
