By the editors · 2 min readCollection Été is a summer cologne in the literal sense — citrus on top, citrus blossom in the middle, soft woods underneath. Mandarin, lemon, and bergamot share the opening more or less equally, with mandarin's sweeter facet slightly forward and lemon's sharper edge keeping the assembly bright.
The heart is essentially the citrus held in floral form: citrus blossom rounds the edges of the opening rather than introducing a new direction. It's a lateral move, not a development. The base of woody notes is dry and quiet, giving the perfume just enough body to last through midday.
Nothing more than what it claims to be — fresh, brief, agreeable.
