By the editors · 2 min readY Collection opens with a dense aromatic accord — sage and lavender creating a herbal-fresh duality, sharpened by bergamot's citrus edge. Clove arrives early in the heart to anchor the composition, while rose adds a restrained floral note that sits alongside the spice without competing.
The base is substantial for a Zara release: tonka bean and patchouli together read as warm and slightly resinous, with vetiver's earthiness preventing the composition from going too sweet. Musk ties it to the skin for a warm, close dry-down. The overall arc is fougère-adjacent — structured and herb-forward in the opening, darker and warmer through the dry-down. Better suited to cooler weather.
