Dilis Parfum
Dilis Parfum is a Grodno-based Belarusian fragrance manufacturer with roots in the Soviet state perfume industry. Formally established as an independent enterprise in the post-Soviet period, the house has become one of the largest fragrance producers in Eastern Europe, manufacturing both original compositions and affordable interpretations of international bestsellers. The catalogue spans several hundred references, from classic Soviet-era floral aldehydes to contemporary wood-musk constructions, distributed primarily across Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and neighbouring CIS markets.
