Dixit & Zak
Dixit & Zak is an Indian niche fragrance house founded in 2019 by Nitish Dixit and Zakir Laskar. Dixit brings a background in chemical engineering and contemporary Western perfumery; Laskar contributes expertise in traditional Indian aromatic materials and classical attar-adjacent compositions. The combination produces fragrances that occupy a deliberate middle ground: structurally modern, but rooted in the raw material heritage of the subcontinent — vetiver from Kannauj, mysore sandalwood, regional oud, saffron, rose absolute.
