Eisenberg
Eisenberg is a Paris house founded in 2000 by José Eisenberg, a Tunisian-born art dealer and entrepreneur who turned to skincare and fragrance after a long career in the gallery world. The perfume line is built around what the house calls its Trio-Molecular complex — a base accord intended to underpin every release — and is run today as a family business with his son Edmond. The range divides into Les Orientaux, Les Classiques and a number of duo or shared masculine-feminine projects. Compositions have been entrusted to perfumers including Nathalie Lorson and Olivier Cresp, and tend toward warm, slightly retro orientals and chypres rather than the cleaner directions favoured by newer Parisian niche. Distribution runs through department stores and the house's own boutique on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, alongside its skincare counters.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
