Elixir Attar
Handcrafted perfumes inspired by experiences from around the globe.
Elixir Attar was launched in 2019 by a founder who grew up in 1980s Abu Dhabi and now operates the brand from the United States, working in the artisanal-attar register rather than spray eaux de parfum. The catalogue centres on agarwood, particularly rare Kinam and aged ouds, alongside small-batch mukhallats built around deer musk, ambergris, saffron and Taif rose. Pieces such as Dark Matter, Royal Oud Elixir and Kinam Kodo are sold in oil concentration, frequently in 3 ml or 12 ml format, and the practice leans hard into raw-material provenance and revival of older blending techniques. Pricing is firmly ultra-niche, with single bottles often running into the high hundreds or low thousands of dollars, and distribution is direct via the brand's own site and a handful of specialist oud retailers.
DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
