By the editors · 2 min readWith no declared top notes, the opening comes from the heart. Jasmine, freesia, and rose arrive in a layered floral bouquet. The flowers feel bright and slightly green, freesia keeping the chord airy and rose grounding it with warmth.
The middle turns darker as the base pushes forward. Sandalwood and oud thread smoky depth under the florals, with frankincense reinforcing the resin signal. The shift moves from floral light into incense-dark.
Tar, amber, and patchouli round out the base with a bracing, slightly industrial darkness. Tar is the unexpected element, adding a leather-asphalt edge. The overall character is a floral-meets-incense-and-tar composition, intense and unconventional, suited to cool weather and adventurous evening wear.
