By the editors · 2 min readGrapefruit opens with a bright, slightly bitter citrus quality — brief and functional, clearing the way for the heart without demanding attention itself. Jasmine and rose develop as the primary florals, warm and present rather than sheer; patchouli runs beneath them, adding earthy richness that grounds the floral layer and prevents it from floating free of the body.

Sandalwood, saffron, and amber form a classical oriental base — saffron's metallic-floral density working alongside amber's resinous warmth, black pepper adding a dry spice accent. Vanilla completes the picture with gourmand warmth. Sahraa is a well-made floral oriental: composed, warm, and built on materials quality that matches Fragrance Du Bois's natural-materials positioning.
