By the editors · 2 min readThe EDP reframes the classic Joop! Homme architecture: cinnamon and hazelnut over bergamot in the opening, the spice sweetened by the nut rather than by citrus. The heart leans into heliotrope and orange blossom with honey for body, cardamom keeping the sweetness from collapsing into syrup.
By the base it returns to familiar territory — tonka, sandalwood, and vanilla — but moss and vetiver now anchor the dry-down, giving the composition more spine than the original eau de toilette. It reads warmer and slightly dressier than its predecessor, holding the gourmand profile while pulling some of its sweetness back.
