By the editors · 2 min readRose and geranium at the top with patchouli already pressing in — herbal-floral with no easing-in period. The heart pivots to leather and chili pepper, the chili giving a brief, warm tingle without becoming gimmicky.
Agarwood, saffron, teak wood, and cedar in the base form a dry, slightly bitter wood-spice chord. The leather and rose carry through into this base rather than being replaced. Dense projection from the start, settling slowly without shedding intensity. Suited to cold weather and evening wear, in the heavier woody register the house is known for. Sharper and more linear than its peer flankers in the same line.
