By the editors · 2 min readA hulking leather jacket left out in the sun—worn, warm, resinous. The cardamom top is more decorative than disruptive, a faint aromatic flicker before the hide takes over. This is leather as Tom Ford imagines it: dense, almost chewy, with none of the bitter astringency of older compositions. It leans sweet rather than severe.
What develops underneath is a bed of amber and patchouli that softens the edges without dismantling them. The moss adds a whisper of green, barely perceptible against the dominant suede warmth. The effect is polished but heavy, a statement scent that occupies space unapologetically.
Best suited to those who want their presence felt before they speak. It's approachable enough for evening wear but carries the weight of something deliberately imposing—luxury as armor rather than ornament.
