By the editors · 2 min readLavender opens cold and herbal, threaded with cumin's animal warmth and the green crackle of cardamom — a top that reads almost barbershop until the rose pushes through. Bulgarian rose holds the heart steady while orris adds a powdery, cool spine and mint flickers across it like a cold draft.
Underneath, oud and cypriol burn slow and resinous; civet keeps the composition feline, never sanitized. Clary sage and amber bridge the floral and the animalic, smoothing what would otherwise be a sharp transition.
The drydown settles into vanilla and musk against that resin floor — warm, intimate, distinctly worn-on-skin. It wants colder air and unhurried evenings; not a perfume that competes in a crowd.
