By the editors · 2 min readThe lighter sister to the eau de parfum — same rose-tonka spine, lifted with pink pepper and bergamot at the top. The rose still carries the composition, but the fraîche concentration releases it with more sparkle and less sweetness.
Virginia cedar in the base gives the drydown a dryness that the EDP didn't quite have, and patchouli stays soft and powdery rather than earthy. This is the version to wear in warm weather: same fragrance, less weight, faster fade. A reasonable summer-rose option from the mass French floor of the market.
