YS Uzac
Individuality, classical chic, extravagant expression.
Ys Uzac is a Swiss niche house founded in 2011 by perfumer Vincent Micotti, with Vera S. Yeoh as artistic director. Micotti, a classically trained cellist who came to perfumery as an autodidact, composes from a studio in Switzerland and draws openly on visual artists — Paul Klee in particular — for the conceptual frame around each release. The collection is small, deliberately unfashionable and given to long names and longer drydowns: Pohadka, Lale, Oud Ankaa, Theros. Compositions favour density and structural strangeness over instant likeability — a chypre that turns metallic, a smoke-and-fruit oud, an aromatic that slumps into hay. Production is local and small-batch. Ys Uzac suits collectors who like their niche genuinely odd rather than merely expensive.

DNA over time
Each column is an era. Each colored band shows that family’s share of accord weight across every perfume the house released in that window. Bigger band = the house leaned harder on that family.
