Bergamust Noir
Smoke dominates from the first spray, wrapping bergamot in a charred haze that strips the citrus of its usual sparkle and instead renders it dry and leathery.

By the editors · 2 min readSmoke dominates from the first spray, wrapping bergamot in a charred haze that strips the citrus of its usual sparkle and instead renders it dry and leathery. Birch arrives early, adding a tarry edge that fuses with the smoke to create an almost barbecue-pit accord, while orange blossom tries to lift the density but ends up smeared with soot. Cedar in the heart keeps the structure angular, preventing the composition from collapsing into a tar pit, and ambroxan in the base amplifies the mineral, slightly salty aura so the smoke never fully mellows. Musk and Iso E Super extend the ember trail close to skin for hours, projecting a quiet campfire radius rather than a room-filling cloud.
