The heart is essentially a single carefully placed flower: iris, presented in its rooty-grey aspect rather than the candied violet side, with a subtle metallic stillness that feels almost sculptural. There is little development between the opening and the centre; the perfume settles quickly into one mood and stays there.
Sandalwood and amber form the base, the sandalwood creamy, the amber warm but light, lending the iris a soft golden floor without disturbing its cool composure. Overall the perfume reads minimalist and quietly polished, more refined whisper than statement.
